Cruise Pins - Cruise or Hawaii?

cruise pinsCruise pins growing in popularity.  At least once in your life you may have asked yourself the question: Should I go on a cruise or should I go to Hawaii.  Given the cold, snowy weather of January this may be something you are considering right this minute.  If you are looking out the window right now at the snow or bundled up in layers of clothing trying to stay warm either option probably sounds pretty good.

A simple search of the internet will give you all the information and opinions you could ever ask for from people that have made the choice. Just search for “Hawaii or a Cruise”.

We are not here to debate the merits of each because we know that considering the alternative whatever you choose it will be better than the snow and cold of January.

We will say that here at PinProsPlus we have seen an increase in demand for cruise pins custom made for specific cruises. This seems to indicate that people love to cruise and love to remember their experience.

Below is a collage picture sent to us by Gordon West a cruise specialist and cruise fanatic. He is pictured (in the bottom right picture) standing behind the Captain, Cruise Director, and Hotel Director of the ship “Allure of the Seas”.  He gave the captain (pictured in the bottom left) a pin on day 2 of the cruise who then wore it the remainder of the cruise. The top picture shows the actual details of the pin.

Gordon had the idea of a collectible pin and has found great success. He has produced lapel pins that are custom made for several cruises some of which are listed here.

Legend of the Seas – Florida to Denmark Harmony of the Seas – Spain to Florida Allure of the Seas – Barcelona, Malaga, Ft Lauderdale Explorer of the Seas - Repositioning Radiance of the Seas – Alaska Radiance of the Seas – Sydney, Picton, Wellington, Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, Honolulu Norwegian Escape – Southampton to Miami

If you are lucky enough to be able to head out on a cruise look for that special commemorative pins that will remind you of the experiences you had.
