I placed an order and got through the proofing process and then nothing for months. I called to get a status update and they admitted they forgot about my order, asked me to pay via credit card right away, and they would have my order out in two days. A week later still no pins. I called again and they admitted they forgot about my order AGAIN. They said they could refund my money or get them done and I told them to get them done. They finally completed the job.

They did a great job with my order from a quality and production standpoint. I do have to admit, I was a little disappointed when I found out they were produced in China. More so, the fact that 'made in china' was stamped into the metal in the back. They don't really disclose that anywhere during the checkout process or review process. Ultimately, this will impact sales of them negatively and I'll need to find an alternative vendor for future orders.

Jim, very sorry to hear your frustration. Yes they are made in China. Most pins are made in China and it is very standard in the industry so no mention is made of it. In fact most companies only say if they are made in the USA because that is very rare. We do disclose the backstamp on the bottom right of the artwork proof. It should say “Made in China”. Either way I know that doesn’t change the frustration but I wanted to reach out and explain. We are required by law to mark the country of origin on the back.

Pin Pros Plus came through on a tight timeline to deliver some custom lapel pins I needed for a work event. I needed 500 in about a week and was told that it could be accomplished with their Photo Dome pins. I was a little skeptical at first, because originally we had envisioned enamel, but the pins arrived on time and the quality, look, and feel are much nicer than I anticipated. Monty was responsive and very helpful. We will be using Pin Pros Plus for all future orders! I'm a happy customer, thank you!
