PinProsPlus is my go-to for pin production, can't recommend them enough. Extremely communicative, extremely swift, and always willing to go the extra mile for tricky projects. When mistakes on my large and complicated order were made on the manufacturer's end, they took care of those issues extremely fast and professionally. I've been using PPP for years, and expect to be using them for years to come!

The order process was simple and they came up with a nice design for our pin. The price was reasonable but actually came in at less than the original quote. I told them when I needed them and they assured me that they would be ready on time , I received a tracking number and received the item a few days later. I would definitely recommend.

Love PinPros. Been using them for 6 years. The customer service is amazing (Craig/Dale & now Brad) I have learned the process of how pins come about after production throughout the years so I must say the quality just keeps on getting better & better. They are great on fixing errors & helping out when stuff happens.Their artists (Amanda) are amazing & patient. I’m a lot to deal with,but they get the job done. My only gripe & why my review is not 5 stars is due to the extremely high pricing lately last couple years,but like I mentioned all of thee above keeps me here for some reason. In the end it’s all worth it just wish my sales were up to where it wouldn’t matter how much PinPros charge me.
