I love this company. They make it all so easy. First and foremost is the design team. Send them a list of what's to be included or the parts and pieces of what you want designed and they put it together like magic. A minor edit and voila`! It's perfect. Customer service is A+++. I appreciate knowing I'll get what I ordered and it's a great product. Thank you@!

They did a great job with my order from a quality and production standpoint. I do have to admit, I was a little disappointed when I found out they were produced in China. More so, the fact that 'made in china' was stamped into the metal in the back. They don't really disclose that anywhere during the checkout process or review process. Ultimately, this will impact sales of them negatively and I'll need to find an alternative vendor for future orders.

Pin Pros Plus came through on a tight timeline to deliver some custom lapel pins I needed for a work event. I needed 500 in about a week and was told that it could be accomplished with their Photo Dome pins. I was a little skeptical at first, because originally we had envisioned enamel, but the pins arrived on time and the quality, look, and feel are much nicer than I anticipated. Monty was responsive and very helpful. We will be using Pin Pros Plus for all future orders! I'm a happy customer, thank you!
