Based in Panama City, she loves turning first-time inquiries into long-term relationships—answering questions quickly, guiding customers to the right products, and keeping every order on track from idea to delivery. Before joining PinProsPlus in April 2025, Rebeca led guest experience and reservations teams in the hospitality industry, where she honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and coaching high-performing teams.
